Shipping from the United States

We are pleased to fulfill and ship all orders from our warehouse located in New York, USA.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Continental United States):

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders $68 and above
  • $7 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $68

Shipping Exclusions & Restricted Areas:

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • American Samoa
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Any P.O. Box addresses (for certain oversized or heavy items)

For customers in these excluded areas, we regret that we are unable to offer shipping services at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other holidays, processing times may be extended.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (via USPS or UPS): 5-10 business days after processing
  • Please note that these are estimated times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping to selected international destinations. International shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

Please be aware that:

  • International orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by your local customs authority. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • International delivery times typically range from 10-30 business days, depending on customs clearance processes in your country.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

Important Notes:

  • All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Shipping times refer to business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • JijiPaws is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.
