Shipping policy

Shipping from the United States We are pleased to fulfill and ship all orders from our warehouse located in New York, USA.

Manufacturing and Fulfillment Process: Our products are manufactured in our factory at No. 46, Jinjing Road, Baima Town, Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, China. All products are then shipped in bulk to our US warehouse in New York for quality inspection, storage, and domestic fulfillment. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped directly from the US warehouse to customers. This ensures efficient delivery within the United States while maintaining high product standards.

US Domestic Shipping Rates (Continental United States):

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders $68 and above.
  • $7 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $68.

Express Shipping Option: For faster delivery, customers with orders $90 and above can select Express Shipping at checkout for a flat fee of $13 USD. Express shipping provides quicker transit times (typically 2-5 business days after processing, depending on location). Availability and exact delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Shipping Exclusions & Restricted Areas: We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa.
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • Any P.O. Box addresses (for certain oversized or heavy items).

For customers in these excluded areas, we regret that we are unable to offer shipping services at this time.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after the daily cut-off time (typically 2:00 PM EST) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times (Domestic - Continental US):

  • Standard Shipping (via USPS or UPS): 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days after processing.

These are estimated times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on location, carrier performance, weather, or other external factors.

Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided link.
