Refund policy

JijiPaws is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our US warehouse in New York.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The item is in the same new condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Used, chewed, or soiled pet toys (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Opened packages or items that have been assembled/played with
  • Personalized, custom-made, or clearance/sale items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper use

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service at info@jijipaws.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number, reason, and clearly state whether you prefer a refund or an exchange for another item.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to our US warehouse at your own expense (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).

Refund or Exchange Processing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item at our US warehouse, we will process your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. You may need to pay or receive a refund for any price difference.
  • Full refund or exchange for eligible returns in original condition.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable), cover return shipping, and offer a full refund or replacement/exchange at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges must be sent to our US warehouse in New York. Returns sent to other addresses (including China) will not be processed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
  • JijiPaws reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
