Refund policy
JijiPaws is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our US warehouse in New York.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The item is in the same new condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items The following cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Used, chewed, or soiled pet toys (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Opened packages or items that have been assembled/played with
- Personalized, custom-made, or clearance/sale items (unless defective)
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper use
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service at info@jijipaws.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number, reason, and clearly state whether you prefer a refund or an exchange for another item.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to our US warehouse at your own expense (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).
Refund or Exchange Processing
- After we receive and inspect the returned item at our US warehouse, we will process your request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. You may need to pay or receive a refund for any price difference.
- Full refund or exchange for eligible returns in original condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label (if applicable), cover return shipping, and offer a full refund or replacement/exchange at no extra cost.

Important Notes
- All returns and exchanges must be sent to our US warehouse in New York. Returns sent to other addresses (including China) will not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- JijiPaws reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
